Vic & Ola - A Love Story

Victor Belmonte of Sicily wed Ola Marie of Calabria in 1931. As Chef Sheila was a young girl, she often spent time with her grandmother, Ola cooking in the kitchen. Inspired by her heritage of Southern Italy and a tribute to her grandparents, Sheila wanted to incorporate the dishes she grew up eating.
