Signature Cocktails & Italian Wines
A variety of Italian spirits and liquors were used in the creation of our Italian Cocktail menu, crafted by our in-house mixologist. We offer all Italian wines, presented by region with a map of DOCs and DOCGs accompanied by traditional local dishes, helping to demystify Italy, the most diverse viticultural nation in the world.
Our Gelato is made using time-honored, artisan techniques selecting only the finest ingredients from around the world. Our Sorbetto’s are nondairy, fat-free, and crafted with only the finest fruits also sourced from around the world.
Vic & Ola; A Love Story
A match made in the Mediterranean. Victor Belmonte of Sicily wed Ola Marie of Calabria in 1931. As Chef Sheila was a young girl she often spent time with her grandmother Ola cooking in the kitchen. Inspired by her heritage of southern Italy and a tribute to her grandparents, Sheila DeBenedetto wanted to incorporate the dishes she grew up loving with her newest concept, Vic & Ola's.
